Recycling is a process where materials are diverted
from the waste stream and put back to good use.

| What Can We Recycle? |

GLASS - All
colors of glass containers except for GREEN. Remove the lids and
rinse out before placing them in the bin. Paper labels need not be
removed.

NEWSPAPER - Wet
or dry newspaper and all inserts. Stack beside or on top of your bin.

GLOSSY MAGAZINES

JUNK MAIL & MIXED
PAPER

TELEPHONE DIRECTORIES

CARDBOARD -
Cardboard boxes 2' X 3' or smaller and cereal/food boxes. Must be
flattened.

PLASTIC - Soft
drink bottles and milk jugs as well as other plastic containers with 1 or
2 recycling symbols on the bottom. Remove the lids and step on you
plastic to save space. Labels need not be removed.

CANS - All
aluminum and steel cans from household. Labels need not be removed.
