About Urban Resources

The Urban Resources Division of the City of Salisbury Land Management & Development Department is responsible for the management of special projects and planning efforts in an effort to enhance the urban environment of the community. The development of urban parks, preservation of historically significant buildings and the implementation of downtown redevelopment strategies are the focus of the Urban Resources Division.

Projects recently completed or currently underway include the Flower's Bakery Redevelopment Study, Innes Street Corridor Study, the Freedman's Cemetery Project, and the Robertson Eastern-Gateway Park.
