RULES OF
PROCEDURE
The Salisbury, North Carolina, Tourism and Cultural
Development Commission shall be governed by the terms of Chapter
160-A, Article 9, Section 215 of the General Statutes of North
Carolina, Session Law 2009 428 as amended, and the Salisbury City
Code, Chapter 2, Article 1, Section 2-1, Appendix D, Ordinance
Number 2009-52 of the City of Salisbury, North Carolina, and any
amendments thereto.
