Editor's note--Appendix A contains the subdivision regulations of the City of Salisbury, North Carolina, adopted June 20, 1972, as amended. Amended or new sections are indicated by historical citations immediately following. A frontal analysis has been added for the convenience of the user. The text of the regulations is in section 1 of the ordinance. Sections 2 through 5 of the ordinance are at the end of this appendix. A uniform system of capitalization has been used. Subsequently, Ord. No. 1994-12, § 1, adopted March 1, 1994, amended the Code by repealing App. A in its entirety and enacting new provisions designated as a new App. A.1.
