2008 Wellness Benefit Newsletter (PDF)

Employees participating in the Wellness Program may use the services of the Nurse Practitioner at no cost and without taking time off of work.  The Wellness Clinic is located at 405 N. Jackson Street, Salisbury, NC.

Wellness Center Hours: Monday - 8:00 a.m. until noon; Tuesday -1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday - 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.; Thursday 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.; Friday 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.  For appointments call (704) 638-5217 or email nurse@salisburync.gov.  To speak directly with the nurse you may call (704) 216-7541 during Clinic hours.

Sick leave is accrued at one day per month to allow for health care, physical or dental exams for employees or their immediate family.

For each calendar month of employment a full-time employee accrues one day of annual leave
