Veteran and Rookie Firefighter of the Year 2004

The Salisbury Rotary Club honored two members of the Salisbury Fire Department as Rookie and Veteran Firefighters of the Year.  This year recipients are Captain Paul Rendleman for Veteran and Chad Walker for Rookie.  Captain Rendleman has been a driving force behind the grant money that we have been fortunate to receive.  His hard work in putting the grant applications together has allowed us to become a better-equipped department. 

Chad Walker is a member of 504-C shift.  Chad is a member of Rockwell City Fire Department and joined the SFD in 2002.  He offers a versatility of being able to operate the apparatus and be a back up driver as well as being used at any of the other stations.
