  Captain Marshall Moore

A citizen stopped by and was trying to get to Lexington without getting onto the interstate, due to backed up traffic. Captain Moore was familiar with the location the lady was trying to reach. He took ownership of the problem and not only gave her an alternate route, but also gave her his cell phone number to call if she had any trouble. He could have simply given her the directions but went the extra step. Thanks to Captain Marshall Moore.
